It's a bit complex, let's see if I can remember it right....

first it just took a photo, and cut the saturation. then I brought up the threshold. Everything was really jagged and unclean so I put it through the cut out filter and it smoothed it out quite nicely. The color was just brought in from another photo. The one from an airplane window I have on my profile actually
